Project overview
MEDYROVA is a concept for a secure, multi-tenant healthcare platform designed to connect the entire patient journey within one intelligent ecosystem.
Patients can create a longitudinal health passport, describe their symptoms, upload laboratory results, prescriptions, PDFs and medical imaging, receive an AI-assisted summary and urgency indication, discover the most relevant doctor and book through the mobile app, website, WhatsApp or phone.
Doctors work from a unified Patient 360 workspace containing the patient’s medical timeline, records, imaging, prescriptions, appointments, follow-ups and communications. AI is positioned as clinical decision support, with transparent evidence, safety rules, patient consent and mandatory physician oversight.
01The challenge
Healthcare journeys are often fragmented across disconnected clinics, booking channels and medical files. Patients carry reports between providers, clinics manage appointments through separate systems, and doctors spend valuable consultation time reviewing scattered documents.
The challenge was to design one scalable platform that could organize medical information, automate communication and booking, support clinical workflows and safely integrate AI without presenting automated outputs as final medical diagnoses.

MEDYROVA was designed as a modular healthcare SaaS ecosystem combining AI-assisted medical intake, file classification, structured data extraction, safety and red-flag rules, specialty recommendations and intelligent doctor matching.
The platform includes an omnichannel booking engine, an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist, an AI voice agent with human handoff, Patient 360 electronic medical records, medical timelines, DICOM imaging, electronic prescriptions, smart follow-ups, role-based permissions, audit logs and a FHIR-ready data model.
